Bovey House, Conservation of an Existing Hotel to Private Dwelling

The contract involved converting a Grade 2 listed hotel into a private dwelling for the Estates Management Trust, Clinton Devon Estates.

On this contract Skinner Construction Ltd worked closely together with a specialist conservation architect to procure a contract that required specialist traditional building skills and methods to restore this Grade 2 listed building to its traditional form.
