Complete refurbishment & up-grading of a Grade II derelict building.

Restoration works included:

• Installation of new 3 phase electrical mains
• Installation of new electrics and plumbing & heating system – supplied from an air source heat pump system
• Roofs re-covered in lead, including all associated carpentry works
• Lime rendering works internal & external
• Insulation upgrade to floors
• Excavation of existing ground floor and upgrade of floor construction
• Installation of new shower room
• Stone masonry, moulding works and render repairs
• All new bespoke joinery carried out by our in-house joinery department
• Installation of new access road
