Private Dwelling: New build, Lympstone

The demolition of an existing dwelling to allow the construction of a new bespoke ultra modern dwelling with landscaping works. This project demanded high quality throughout from concept to completion and value engineering was used to assist the client’s budget whilst ensuring their requirements were met.

The construction works consisted of:

  • Pad and raft foundations
  • Steel frame construction
  • Concrete block infill wall construction
  • External Prorend rendering system
  • Bespoke timber roof construction
  • Large glazing wall sections forming the envelope of the building
  • Internal and external bespoke glazed balustrade staircases and balconies
  • Bespoke internal and external joinery cladding and screening systems
  • M&E services which included renewable technologies, consisting of solar panels for hot water services, grey water system and a heat recovery ventilation system
  • Internal fit out and finishes complete
  • Bespoke bathrooms and kitchen installations
  • External landscaping works as design by the landscape architect for the project
