Skinner Construction undertakes both re-active and planned maintenance contracts for a number of public and commercial sector clients including property companies, local authorities and housing associations. Having worked as Maintenance Contractors for the last 15 years we have extensive experience in all aspects of voids and maintenance works from survey and inspection to commissioning, gas, and electrical disciplines.

Responsive (Day to Day) Repairs Service and Void refurbishment works

This work is undertaken on behalf of local authorities for their housing stock. We complete in excess of 500 repairs a month and an average of 15 void refurbishment projects a month, with individual values ranging from £2,500 to £35,000.

We undertake long term partnering contracts (up to 7 years) and tailor the service to meet individual clients’ requirements all the while ensuring we achieve:
