This property was originally a two bedroomed farmhouse with workshops attached on two levels. The brief to Skinner included a 40ft extension, and conversion of the workshops into additional living space on both storeys. Additional space created included a drawing room, dining room/sun room, downstairs wc, office, master bedroom, bathroom and dressing room
