Modus Care specialise in providing residential and hospital care to clients suffering from Austistic Spectrum Disorders, Asperger’s syndrome, and related mental health needs. Skinner were engaged by Modus to modify their HQ and largest property, Penhayes, from a residential care unit to a hospital unit. Because Skinner directly employs specialist labour and trades, our staff on site were consistent, security-vetted and trusted. The work was varied and ranged from the reconstruction of an ancient cob wall to the fitting of anti-ligature fixtures and fittings.
