A South West based Lettings Management Company needed our assistance out of hours to make this Victorian block of flats safe after a serious fire. Skinner mobilised its Property Services team to stabilise the building and enable the recovery operation to start for the unfortunate residents. We are now engaged by the Company to complete the strip out phase prior to complete reconstruction works.
